Any New Proxies?

Yes! Two new ones! Both are Ultraviolet proxies made by the same person who made incognito and are really handy! They aren't cloakable which is the reason why it's 4.9 on the accountability scale. If there was an option to cloak, I would put it at the same level as incognito. Other than that, it works as it supposed.
